Welcome to Veltra Digital Solutions, LLC ("we", "us", "our", or "the Company"). By using our services, including Colocation, Dedicated Servers, VPS, and Web Hosting, you ("the Client", "you", or "your") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
By creating an account, purchasing a service, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, discontinue use of our services.
Services are billed in advance monthly, quarterly, or annually. Invoices not paid by the due date will incur a 6% late fee per day. Services may be suspended after 7 days overdue and permanently deleted if payment is not received within that time.
We accept various payment methods. Chargeback abuse or fraudulent payment attempts may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities. All payment disputes must be handled via our support before contacting processors.
We offer a 24-hour refund policy from the time of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued unless required by law. Refunds must be requested via our support team.
We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may result in temporary downtime, and we will provide notice when possible. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party outages or force majeure events.
We may provide automated backups stored for up to 3 days. These are not guaranteed and clients must maintain their own backups. Data loss due to hardware failure, user error, or service suspension is not our liability.
We use reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute data protection. Clients are responsible for maintaining secure passwords and protecting their own data.
Abuse including harassment, exploitation, or unauthorized access will result in immediate suspension or termination. To report abuse, email [email protected] with details and evidence. We reserve the right to investigate and take action.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any content hosted. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, send a DMCA notice to [email protected] including:
Counter-notifications may be submitted if you believe your content was removed in error. Repeated infringement may lead to account termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, where Veltra Digital Solutions, LLC is registered. Disputes shall be resolved in California courts.
You may cancel your service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for violating these Terms or other applicable policies.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes. Major revisions will be announced via our website.
Our SLA outlines our commitments to uptime, maintenance, and service credit policies. It is a separate document and part of these Terms. You can request or view the SLA upon request.
Our services are not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Accounts found to be underage may be suspended and data deleted.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Veltra Digital Solutions, LLC. If any section is held invalid, the remainder shall remain in full effect.
